Position: Head of Group Systems

Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands

Salary Range: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + car or car allowance

Are you a strategic IT leader with strong NetSuite systems expertise, looking for an opportunity to shape the future of a growing, forward-thinking business?

Stiltz Homelifts is looking for an experienced Head of Group Systems to take a pivotal role in continuing to drive forward our technology strategy across the business, as well as strong hands‑on experience in ERP systems development, specifically NetSuite.

Reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you’ll lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of IT infrastructure, systems and technology projects, helping technology act not just as a backbone for operations, but as a catalyst for continuous improvement, growth and innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and deliver a clear IT roadmap that supports the business as it continues to grow and evolve.
• Advise senior leaders on technology investments, focusing on long‑term value and practicality.
• Lead IT projects from idea to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure hardware, infrastructure and systems meet the needs of both office and field‑based teams.
• Make sure our data systems are secure and well‑managed.
• Head‑up major systems implementations and support the selection of new tools and platforms.
• Support and develop the IT team, building a collaborative, responsive culture that supports both daily operations and future growth.
• Managing IT budgets and suppliers to get the best value and service.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven track record of managing, developing and implementing IT systems within a growing global business with complex operations.
• Strong NetSuite (or similar ERP) experience – from office based reporting, manufacturing workflows to field operations on‑site.
• Ability to manage and be comfortable with balancing strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, to not only keep daily operations running smoothly but also drive business improvements.
• Organised, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining operational excellence. You have a commercial mindset, identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems increasing effectiveness, efficiency and reducing risk.
• Confident, clear communicator who builds strong relationships across the business. Able to explain technical ideas, influence stakeholders, and inspire your IT team.
