As the Head of Government Relations & Policy, you will report directly to the CEO and lead the charge in shaping public policy that supports our members' needs. Your strategic vision will influence national and local policy, ensuring that the voice of our members is heard loud and clear.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government officials and MPs.
  • draught high‑quality public affairs materials, including briefings, speeches, and updates.
  • Lead and inspire the policy and research team, managing outputs and ensuring excellence.
  • Monitor the political landscape to provide insightful recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a policy role at a senior/managerial level.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong managerial skills, including experience in leading teams and managing external partners.
  • A degree in a relevant subject and a passion for public policy.
