Job description
Lead the Future of Careers & Industry Collaboration

Join EFI Group as a key leader in driving the success of the Futures: Careers & Industry Collaboration team. In this critical role, you'll oversee the development and management of our Careers and Industry Collaboration service, enhancing graduate outcomes and industry engagement for both Further Education and Higher Education students.

You’ll strategically shape employability agendas, ensuring alignment with EFI Group’s goals, while driving impactful careers education initiatives and industry placements. Collaborating with senior leadership, you’ll influence policy and contribute to the progression of our students and institutional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and management of the Careers and Industry Collaboration service.
  • Shape employability agendas to align with EFI Group’s goals.
  • Drive impactful careers education initiatives and industry placements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence policy and support student progression.
  • Support institutional growth through strategic industry engagement.
Qualifications
  • Specialist qualification in related subject area or equivalent experience and commitment to CPD.
Experience
  • Experience in enrichment, careers, employability, recruitment, HR (within the Fashion Retail, Design or Beauty Management Industry) or another comparable sector.
  • Team Management and Strategic Leadership background.
Skills
  • Ability to establish effective working relations and build trust quickly with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective communication, strategic plan development, operational management, marketing planning skills, resilience and effective leadership and line management.

Salary
