We have been retained by a Northwest food business to recruit a Head of Franchise and Retail. A family‑run business which has experienced significant double‑digit growth in the past 4 years is now looking to grow and expand further. Looking to recruit a Head of Franchise and Retail to head up their existing retail organisation as well as grow their franchise offering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the Northwest retail operation to ensure consistency of service to customers.
• Develop the retail team.
• Establish and drive the franchise strategy.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business growth.
• Work closely and cohesively with the Head of Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading retail and franchise business models, ideally within the food sector.
• Proven ability to grow both retail and franchise offerings and to map and deliver a growth strategy.
• Strong people‑development and team‑leadership skills.
