A leading UK housing association is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to provide strategic financial insight and lead the Business Partnering function. This includes enhancing financial forecasts, overseeing budgeting, and delivering performance reports. The ideal candidate should hold a recognized accounting qualification, possess expertise in financial planning processes, and have strong analytical skills. This role offers a salary of £90,000 with a flexible working arrangement including a hybrid model.
Salary: £90,000
Location: Ealing office base with hybrid working
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract, 35 hours per week
DBS check required: Basic
We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our dedicated Finance department. The Head of FP&A will lead the Business Partnering function, providing strategic insight and robust financial analysis to support decision‑making across the housing association. The immediate priority will be to enhance the accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts, deliver the immediate budget requirement and to develop comprehensive performance reporting frameworks that drive accountability and operational efficiency.
