  • Drive Treasury Excellence and Investment Impact: Take ownership of liquidity, funding, and investment strategy-building strong relationships with lenders and investors while ensuring optimal financing and robust risk management.
  • Lead Insightful Financial Planning and Performance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with precision and clarity.
  • Champion Governance and Regulatory Confidence: Ensure the highest standards of financial compliance, internal control, and risk management-protecting the organisation's integrity and reputation in a regulated environment.
  • Inspire and Empower High-Performing Teams: Lead and develop a multi-functional team across finance, procurement, and treasury. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with organisational values.
  • Influence Stakeholders and Drive Value for Money: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, translating financial insight into strategic action.

  • Knowledge & Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in finance and treasury, including leading multi-functional teams, operating in regulated environments, and managing in-house payroll delivery.

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience, demonstrating high integrity, professionalism, and alignment with organisational values.
