Based at our Headington campus and reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing & Digital, we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Faculty Marketing & Communications to join our Strategic Marketing & Digital team on a fixed term 15 month contract. This role is focused on leading marketing and communications for the Oxford Brookes Business School and the School of Arts (part of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences).
As a senior member of the Strategic Marketing & Digital (SMD) team, you will act as the marketing and communications partner and strategic advisor to the Faculty. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership in both the Faculty and across Marketing, Recruitment & Engagement (MRE) to shape and implement impactful strategies that align with the University’s broader communication and recruitment goals.
By unifying all marketing, communications, recruitment and engagement activity, the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement Directorate makes a measurable difference to the experience of staff, prospective students, students and alumni. The Directorate is confident and ambitious, applying professional skills and expertise to make every contact count and to make a valued contribution to the University’s objectives.

This role will be hybrid and we expect there will be a requirement to be on campus 1-2 days on campus per week.
