Location: Cross‑site working (Midlands)
Salary: £65,821 to £76,033 with progression subject to appraisal and performance

Join Our Team:
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Facilities & Logistics to lead our integrated logistics services, including transport, waste, linen, post, materials management, and warehousing. Acting as Deputy to the Associate Director of Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our facilities portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation of logistics services, embedding innovation and sustainability.
  • Oversee operational performance across multiple service lines.
  • Drive strategic initiatives including fleet optimisation, digital tracking, and infection control compliance.
  • Champion workforce development, training, and succession planning.
  • Act as Deputy Associate Director of Facilities, ensuring continuity of leadership across all FM services.
Ideal Candidate
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Facilities Management or related field.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (IWFM, CILT UK, etc.).
  • Significant experience leading logistics or facilities operations in complex organisations.
  • Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with proven ability to deliver transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, sustainability, and governance frameworks.
