Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus
Location: Dorset

We are looking for a Head of Food and Beverage to lead the F and B operations across a stunning countryside destination with multiple outlets, events, and experiences. About The Position
  • Oversee the daily operations of all F and B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, and events
  • Lead, inspire, and train a high:performing service team to deliver consistent, best:practice hospitality
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to champion fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced menus
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Uphold standards for food safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all departments
  • Support and deliver engaging activities, experiences, and bespoke events that reflect the propertys farm:to:fork ethos
Success Criteria
  • Has at least 3 years of leadership experience in premium hospitality, hotel, or multi:outlet operations
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, stock control, and cost management
  • Is a natural leader with excellent communication, training, and team:building skills
