About The Role :

A leading multidisciplinary creative studio is seeking an accomplished Head of Events to oversee the planning, delivery and strategic direction of a diverse portfolio of high-profile, international events. Working closely with Company Directors and senior creative leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering bespoke, large‑scale experiences for luxury, fashion and premium retail brands, as well as private clients.

This is a senior leadership position for an established event professional with a strong background in complex, high‑end event production. You will take full ownership of the event lifecycle, from early‑stage concept development and senior client engagement through to delivery and post‑event evaluation, while continuing to elevate the studio’s reputation for excellence on a global stage.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery. You will lead an in‑house team of event organisers and assistants, manage significant project budgets (often in excess of £5m), and act as a trusted senior partner to clients and internal stakeholders alike. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, detail‑driven environments and is comfortable operating at board level.
