Head of E-commerce
Location: Wandsworth, London (Hybrid - minimum 4 days per week)

Role Snapshot :
This role owns the full e-commerce growth engine at D.LOUISE. You will combine commercial leadership with hands‑on execution across funnels, performance marketing, creative testing, CRO, and site experience. This is a builder role, not a passenger seat.

The Opportunity :
D.LOUISE is scaling rapidly across the UK, US and new international markets. We’re looking for a Head of E‑commerce & Growth who is obsessed with performance, thrives on testing and optimisation, and is comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
This role is for a true growth operator: someone who loves numbers, funnels and experimentation as much as creative problem‑solving and commercial ownership. You will build, test and scale aggressively, owning the entire e‑commerce growth engine.
We’re looking for someone analytical, entrepreneurial and highly execution‑focused – someone who knows what actually drives revenue because they’ve done it before, whether in D2C, agency environments, dropshipping, or building brands themselves.
Key Responsibilities :
E-commerce Growth Ownership
- Own site performance across the UK and US, including CVR, AOV, traffic quality and revenue
- Identify daily opportunities to improve performance and execute changes quickly
- Build and optimise landing pages, funnels and checkout experiences
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve issues impacting conversion or revenue
Performance Marketing & Creative Strategy
- Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to scale Meta, TikTok and Google profitably
- Lead structured testing across creative, audiences, offers and landing pages
- Use data to inform creative angles, funnel structure and messaging
- Explore, test and validate new growth channels and tools
CRO & Experimentation
- Build a fast, iterative testing culture across the site and funnels
- Run consistent A/B tests on PDPs, landing pages, offers, bundles, pricing and checkout
- Identify bottlenecks and deploy solutions quickly
- Drive week‑on‑week improvements in CVR and AOV through experimentation
Analytics & Commercial Decision‑Making
- Build simple, actionable dashboards for daily, weekly and monthly performance
- Analyse Shopify, GA4 and paid media data to understand what drives growth
- Present clear, data‑led recommendations to founders
- Understand contribution margins, CAC : LTV dynamics and scaling constraints
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own email and SMS strategy, including segmentation and automation
- Improve LTV, repeat purchase rate and customer engagement
- Ensure lifecycle marketing supports product drops and commercial priorities
Who You Are :
- A hands‑on e‑commerce growth operator with a proven track record of scaling revenue
- Deeply analytical and comfortable working inside Shopify, GA4 and performance dashboards
- Experienced in building funnels, optimising conversion, and driving profitable growth
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad mechanics (hands‑on or via close oversight)
- Naturally curious, fast‑learning and obsessed with real commercial outcomes
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable moving at speed
- Able to balance strategic thinking with daily execution
Requirements :
- 3‑5+ years’ experience in e‑commerce, growth, performance marketing or CRO
- Proven ability to materially scale a brand or high‑performance growth account
- Strong experience with Shopify Plus, GA4 and landing page optimisation
- Solid grasp of paid media fundamentals and creative testing frameworks
- Comfortable working closely with founders and owning significant revenue responsibility

First 90 Days
- Full ownership of the e‑commerce growth engine across UK and US markets
- Deep understanding of current performance drivers, constraints and opportunities across site, funnels, paid media and lifecycle
- Clear prioritisation framework in place for CRO, funnel optimisation and growth experiments
- Baseline dashboards built and actively used for daily and weekly decision‑making
- Initial high‑impact CRO and funnel tests launched and iterated
- Strong working rhythm established with founders and performance marketing team
First 180 Days
- Measurable improvements in CVR, AOV and overall e‑commerce revenue
- A consistent, high‑velocity testing and experimentation cadence embedded across the site and funnels
- Clear creative and funnel strategies driving paid media performance
- Improved CAC efficiency and contribution margin through better traffic quality and conversion
- Lifecycle marketing meaningfully contributing to LTV and repeat purchase growth
