Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive Digital Transformation Programme to include planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, benefits realisation, assurance, budget management and quality standards.
  • Management of the Digital Transformation Programme Delivery Department who are tasked to ensure the designed and agreed Programme is delivered on time and to the relevant KPI’s.
  • Management of the Business Analysis department that is responsible for maintaining relationships with clinical and non-clinical services across the Trust to understand system requirements and identify opportunities to deliver benefits through investment in Digital Initiatives.
  • Reporting to the Deputy Director of Digital, the role will play a critical part in designing and delivering the Digital Strategy and the Trust Board Objectives by providing advice, support, guidance and escalation on the portfolio of projects within the Digital Transformation Programme.
  • To provide leadership and strategic planning to ensure effective service delivery by championing new and transformational ways of working.
  • To deputise for the Deputy Director of Digital as required.
