What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end software delivery: requirements → implementation → deployment → support
• Align engineering priorities with product roadmaps and business strategy
• Build, coach, and scale engineering teams with a strong developer experience
• Implement platform and cross-functional delivery practices to accelerate delivery at scale
• Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation
• Define metrics that translate engineering performance into real business outcomes
• Leverage AI and modern technologies to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
