Own and optimise relationships with MSPs, cloud providers, and technology partners. Negotiate strategic agreements, maximise value from partnerships, and ensure service excellence.
Lead the development and implementation of security, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Drive continuous improvement in security posture (e.g., Microsoft Security Score), and ensure readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.
Oversee disaster recovery (DR) strategy and annual testing. Ensure business continuity plans are robust, tested, and aligned with business needs.
Represent the corporate technology function in exec meetings, audits, and cross-functional leadership forums. Provide clear, data-driven updates on infrastructure performance, risk, and strategic initiatives.
