The Head of Contract and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Lead will play a pivotal role in establishing good contract management practices across the Trust. This includes leading a community of practice for contract managers across the Trust enabling them to hold suppliers to account and occasionally providing expert guidance on complex contract issues working closely with Sourcing Team. The job holder will ensure the use of adequate NHS Terms and Conditions and lead the way to phase out signing suppliers' terms. They will also take the lead to develop Strategic Supplier Relationship Programme collaborating, when necessary, with Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) for the fifteen NHS strategic suppliers.
