A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Head of Content to manage the filming and editing of high-quality video content in Maidstone. Responsibilities include creating engaging YouTube challenges and promos, ensuring top quality in filming and editing. Ideal candidates will have expertise in video editing software and filming techniques, particularly with Sony cameras. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary range of £3,800–£4,500/month based on experience.

Qualifications

• Expert at video editing software, preferably Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Experience with camera filming, specifically Sony mirrorless.
• Strong understanding of lighting necessary for high-quality video.

Responsibilities

• Film long-form YouTube content and promos.
• Edit videos to maintain viewer retention.
• Manage camera setups and lighting effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Producer.

ROLE 1: HEAD OF CONTENT (Videographer + Editor)

Salary: £3,800–£4,500/month (depending on experience)

Location: On-site at our new TWD unit - Maidstone

Hours: Full-time

MISSION

Create high-quality video content (YouTube challenges, promos, short-form clips) that grows the TWD brand, increases trust, and produces viral moments consistently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Film all long-form YouTube challenge videos (multi-camera setup)
• Film promos, reels, behind-the-scenes, watch reveals
• Maintain consistent visual and audio quality
• Edit long-form videos in fast-paced, high-retention style (MrBeast/Sidemen)
• Cut short-form clips for TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts
• Manage lighting, audio, camera setups in the warehouse
• Direct people casually to get natural reactions
• Work closely with the Creative Producer to build the story arc
• Maintain digital storage, file organisation, backups
• Shoot product B-roll (watches, cars, cash, etc.)
• Deliver weekly uploads with consistent quality

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Expert at Premiere Pro or Final Cut (DaVinci a bonus)
• Able to film with Sony mirrorless (A7IV or similar)
• Strong understanding of lighting
• Clean audio capture experience
• Fast-paced editing suitable for YouTube challenges
• Colour grading ability
• Ability to work independently and fast
• Comfortable shooting handheld + multi-cam setups
