The Head of Commercial Execution is responsible for embedding and elevating executional excellence across the commercial organization. This role ensures that strategic revenue growth plans are translated into consistent, high-impact market execution through frameworks, tools, and capability building. It drives the implementation of pricing, promotional, and selling strategies, enabling teams and partners to deliver against the Picture of Success with precision and consistency.
Design and embed a Commercial Execution Playbook that defines core execution standards across pricing, promotion, and selling.
Lead the development of a Category-Led Sell Execution Blueprint, aligning selling stories with category growth drivers and shopper insights.
