A leading company in transportation seeks a Head of Commercial to lead their Rail division, overseeing projects nationwide across England. This key role involves managing contracts, financial planning, and risk management while developing commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing large scale projects. As Head of Commercial, you'll be working within the Commercial team, leading them in contract and subcontract management, financial and commercial planning and management, risk management, procurement strategies and delivery, and ensuring profitability whilst maintaining compliance with Kier Rails commercial standards. We are looking for a Head of Commercial to lead our Rail division. This is a nationwide role overseeing projects across the England. In this position, you will report directly to the Commercial Director for Rail and take full responsibility for all commercial aspects of Kier Rails portfolio.

Location: Nationwide - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
