As Head of Care, Nursing, you’ll support the Home Manager in managing the Home, with a particular emphasis on clinical leadership, to ensure that an excellent standard of nursing care is set, delivered and maintained at all times.

In return we’ll provide opportunities for career development and training to support your personal growth, all delivered in a nurturing, engaging and rewarding environment.

Individual rooms can be personalised to feel as homely as possible, while each of our 3 floors has its own character and plenty of shared spaces.
The Trust is a great place to work; we’ve been providing care for almost 1,000 years and we’re currently the second largest not-for-profit provider in the UK.
Not-for-profit means that we reinvest every penny we make into our residents, colleagues and the care homes we live and work in.
Therefore, we offer a great range of benefits, including a competitive salary, training and development.
