We’re seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial and strategic Head of Business Development to build and nurture new partnerships that bring the brand’s mission to new audiences through wide and varied channels.

This innovative brand is dedicated to quality, transparency, and building strong connections with its customers. With a focus on health and wellbeing, they are renowned for producing some of the highest quality omega‑3, collagen, magnesium, and vitamin D products in the market.

They pride themselves on storytelling, community‑building, and delivering exceptional brand experiences across digital and retail platforms. Their core business is direct‑to‑consumer, enabling them to build close relationships with their customers.

You’ll own the business development strategy, identify opportunities, go after new business, and think outside the box about new sales channels, negotiate contracts and turn ideas into the long‑lasting partnerships. Reporting to the CEO / Founder, while leading a lean but mighty BD team.
