Responsibilities

• Lead overall Accounts & Finance operations including budgeting, cash flow, AP/AR, and treasury.
• Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure VAT, Tax and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal/external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial documentation.
• Manage LC, bank reconciliation, and liaison with banks.
• Guide and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
• Communicate daily with factory operations for financial alignment.
• Use knowledge of woven garments operations to assess costing and profitability.

Job description

• Coordinate with internal/external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong internal controls, financial documentation, and process improvement.
• Manage LC, bank reconciliation, loan/OD facilities, and liaison with banks.
• Guide and supervise the Accounts & Finance team for efficiency and integrity.
• Communicate daily with factory operations to track production achievements and align them with financial planning.
• Use sound knowledge of woven garments operations to assess costing, production impact, and profitability.
