Requirements:

The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Main duties will include:
  1. Managing, motivating and leading the housekeeping team to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met, with a keen attention to detail.
  2. To be accountable for the financial performance of the department against budgets.
  3. Liaise with maintenance to ensure that the physical conditions of all areas under the Housekeeping control are properly maintained.
  4. Ensure all heath and safety, fire safety, security and COSSH regulations are adhered to whilst ensuring all records are up to date.
  5. To supervise, train and motivate team to achieve Company Standards, and also to comply with relevant legislation.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and ensure all staff members are courteous and helpful towards.
