This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen, develop a talented brigade, and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a beautifully restored setting.

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
  • Leading and developing the kitchen team, setting clear standards and expectations
  • Creating and delivering seasonal, high-quality menus
  • Managing all kitchen operations, including rotas, ordering, GP control, and stock management
  • Ensuring consistently high food quality, presentation, and service
  • Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
  • Training, mentoring, and inspiring the brigade to reach its full potential
