A prestigious hospitality company based in City of London is seeking an experienced Head Chef to manage kitchen operations and produce high-end, Michelin quality food. The ideal candidate has fine dining experience and a passion for food. This role involves managing a team and creating menus for various dining occasions. The position offers approximately 40 hours of work per week, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Based in the City of London, this prestigious site caters for an extremely busy hospitality department. The food produced here is of the highest quality and ranges from working lunches to canapés and sit down formal dinners. With the food being of Michelin standard, detail and presentation is essential.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, approx. 40 hours per week with some evenings as required.
