Head chef required in London for a café lounge‑bar style establishment with a brunch focus and late plates. The shop opens at 9 am each day. The shift pattern is 48 hours a week, split into two double shifts, three single shifts and two days off. This is a small kitchen, so you will need to be hands‑on in cooking.
As Head Chef you will ensure the kitchen is ready for service, plan and manage the rota, and report to the group Executive Chef. You will train new chefs. The role includes all standard Head Chef duties.
We are looking for a Head Chef with a fresh‑food background, able to work in a small, hands‑on team. Candidates may be a sous‑chef looking to step up or a current head chef.
