  • Hands‑on leader - confident running the grill, managing the pass, and setting pace & standards
  • Calm under pressure - strong ticket management, organisation and communication in high-volume service
  • Operationally strong - rota management, forecasting, stock control and performance reviews
  • Standards‑driven - solid knowledge of H&S, EHO compliance, HACCP, allergens and daily due diligence
