Requirements

The ideal person will have at strong experience, ideally 2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include
  1. Menu Design, costing, implementation.
  2. To supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team and comply with food and health and safety regulations..
  3. Stock Ordering, control, minimisation of wastage and ensring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
  4. Working with fantastic produce to produce quality dishes that compliment the surroundings and exceed the expectations of our guests.
  5. Play a key role as a senior manager within the business to ensure the entire hotel team are well looked after.
