Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team within a high-end London environment offering a premium dining experience alongside an exclusive private dining element. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality and driving strong kitchen performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food across all areas of service.

• Work closely with the Executive Chef to design and implement seasonal menus aligned with brand standards.

• Maintain excellent standards of presentation, flavour, and guest experience at all times.

• Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen management, and health & safety procedures.

• Oversee ordering, supplier relationships, stock control and wastage reduction.

• Manage labour, cost control and GP performance in line with business targets.

• Support the progression and development of the kitchen brigade through coaching and structured training.

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef.

• Background in high-quality, high-volume hospitality environments.

• Knowledgeable, calm and organised with a strong eye for detail.

• Confident leading and motivating a team in a busy service environment.

• Passionate about seasonal produce and modern, ingredient-focused cooking.

• Commercially aware with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
