Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and allergen controls
  • Manage ordering, stock control, waste and cost performance effectively
  • Coach and develop team members, promoting a positive and collaborative culture
  • Work closely with front‑of‑house colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
