Are you a hands‑on leader waiting for your opportunity to really make an impact on a business in growth, where you’ll get to take performance ownership of our bakery and team?

Our Bakery Team Leader is tasked with running safe, efficient operations, commercial performance and above all, strong team leadership.

You’ll complete varied activities ranging from baking bread, to designing and implementing new products into our business.

We’re no office folk here, we expect our managers of all levels to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. You’ll be getting fully involved in the day‑to‑day operations of your bakery.

Essential Experience :

• At least 2 years working as a Lead Baker / Bakery Team Leader / Supervisor
• You’ve worked in a food production environment
• You have worked with luxury food products

It would be even better (but not essential) if :

• You have cake decorating experience
