About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the LL40 2SP / Dolgellau community. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Providing personal care in a respectful, dignified way
  • Supporting individuals to access the community
  • Helping with medication (after full training)
  • Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
  • Building positive, trusting relationships
