A respected property management company is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position plays a vital role in supporting the ongoing upkeep of both residential and commercial properties, with coverage across High Wycombe, Elephant & Castle, and occasional work in Kingston and Esher.

This role offers the chance to work within a structured, professional environment where quality of service and long-term property care are key priorities. A company van will be provided for travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across occupied and vacant properties
  • Painting, decorating, and ensuring spaces are well-presented
  • Performing plumbing repairs and small-scale carpentry tasks
  • Completing basic gardening duties and outdoor upkeep
  • Inspecting and assisting with minor roofing works
  • Maintaining clean and safe job sites at all times
  • Supporting removals or internal moves when required
  • Using tools and equipment with care and responsibility
  • Reporting faults and following instructions from management
Candidate Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar multi-trade or property maintenance role
  • Capable of working independently across multiple locations
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards
  • Familiar with basic health & safety practices
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm – 1-hour unpaid lunch break
  • Flexibility for early starts essential
  • Optional weekend work available as required
