Handy Person immediately required to work with our valued client the NI Housing Executive.

This role will be working alongside patch managers and Tradespersons to undertake a range of tasks on buildings in the Portadown area.This role also requires driving duties for box vans transporting supplies and tools to sites.

This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months with an hourly pay of £13.26 working 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8:30am – 4pm.

What The Job Entails:

• Preparing and Laying Concrete and Flags
• General maintenance duties to include removal of fixtures and fittings, basic repairs.
• General Labouring duties to including shovelling and moving supplies when needed
• Use of power and hand tools
• Working alongside the skilled tradesmen

What We Need From You

• 5 Years previous experience in a similar role.
• A full current driving licence which includes B Category
• Wiliness to undertake an Access NI police check
