Responsibilities

• The post-holder works autonomously; providing a specialised patient assessment, including those with complex presentations & formulates a specialist therapy management plan.
• The post-holder contributes to the planning and delivery of the Hand Therapy service.
• The post-holder supervises less experienced Hand Therapy staff, assistants, and students.
