Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Urology and Gynaecology Lead. You will lead and support in the management and organisation of care provision within the operating department. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care and services within Urology and Gynaecology. You will be responsible for the training and development and proactively managing PDRs.

The role involves ensuring we have all the necessary trays / equipment / consumables for our specialities in line with Consultant requirements.
Maintaining safe standards of practice for our patients in line with our policies and guidelines.
