Job Description

Baxterstorey is seeking a friendly and efficient Hospitality Assistant to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our food service operations.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in admin, reception, and event bookings.
  • Greet and assist customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve meals and refreshments to customers, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
  • Handle cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Clean and sanitise dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
  • Restock supplies and assist in inventory management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or functions as required.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour.
