About The Peligoni Club

The Peligoni Club is a family‑run members club on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece. We pride ourselves on creating a home‑away‑from‑home atmosphere where warm hospitality, attention to detail, and memorable connections keep guests returning year after year.

About the Role

We’re looking for engaging, proactive and people‑focused Guest Relations Assistants to join our team this summer. You’ll be a familiar face around the club, checking in with guests throughout their stay, offering recommendations, solving problems, and ensuring every moment of their holiday feels seamless and enjoyable.

You’ll also act as a key point of contact for guests staying with our sister company, Indigo Rock, providing concierge‑style support, villa liaison and personalised guidance. This is a dynamic and varied role suited to social, confident and quick‑thinking individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests and maintain regular contact throughout their stay.
  • Explain how the club works, answer questions and help guests feel at home from day one.
  • Offer recommendations on club facilities, activities, events and restaurants.
  • Liaise with villa owners and local partners to resolve accommodation issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain a strong presence around the club, proactively checking in guests.
  • Promote club services and experiences to help meet weekly upselling targets.
  • Perform reception duties including but not limited to welcoming arrivals, managing check‑ins and responding to guest queries.
  • Track guest information and preferences to support future stays and personalised service.
  • Communicate daily programme updates and activity changes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Indigo Rock guests, delivering personalised concierge services.
  • Build positive relationships with guests to gather feedback and improve service.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Host, support and facilitate weekly social events such as the Shipwreck Trip, Peli Quiz, Food Festival and evening gatherings.
  • Take on additional tasks when required to support smooth club operations.
About You
  • Sociable, engaging and genuinely enjoys meeting new people.
  • Warm, confident and able to build rapport easily with guests of all ages.
  • Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • A natural problem‑solver who thinks quickly and finds solutions.
  • Knowledgeable and curious about hospitality, service and the local area.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable and a positive team player.
  • Comfortable supporting different departments when needed.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in guest relations, concierge or a similar hospitality role.
  • Full driving licence and confidence navigating European roads.
  • Minimu age 21 (insurance requirement).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good numerical and administrative ability.
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable).
  • UK / EU passport holder.
Why Join Us

As a Guest Relations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the Peligoni experience - creating meaningful connections with guests, helping them discover the best of Zakynthos and ensuring their holiday is effortless from start to finish. You’ll be part of a fun, supportive team in one of the most beautiful summer environments.
