Our metadata-first platform enables mid-sized enterprises to build future-proof data infrastructure 10x faster than traditional methods. By automating the complex layers of data ingestion, preparation, and delivery, TimeXtender provides a secure foundation for analytics and AI across cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments. We give data teams the agility they need and the governance compliance demands.

About the Role

We’re growing our marketing team and are now hiring a GTM Engineer reporting directly to the CMO. You’ll be the technical driver behind automating lead generation and qualification using tools such as n8n, Clay, HubSpot, APIs, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Your mission: build scalable workflows that consistently generate qualified leads and pipeline across Europe, the UK, and the US.

This is a contract role with the possibility of permanent employment after 6 months. Applicants must be based and have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom. Relocation and sponsorship are not currently available for this position.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and own automated workflows that source, enrich, qualify, and route leads into our GTM systems.
  • Integrate tools including n8n, Clay, and HubSpot, ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms.
  • Develop custom scripts (Python, JavaScript) and API connections for advanced automation and logic.
  • Implement lead scoring & routing to ensure sales teams focus on the highest-quality opportunities.
  • Maintain best practices for automation, data hygiene, and compliance (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, etc.).
  • Customise emails and landing pages (HTML, CSS) to support campaigns and experiments.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and automation efficiency with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in automation workflows and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Ops to continuously optimise processes and align with GTM goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience with automation and integration tools (n8n, Clay, Zapier, Workato, etc.).
  • Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot CRM / Marketing Hub.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS for workflow customisation, automation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong background in building and managing workflows, automation rules, and lead scoring models.
  • Experience in data enrichment, scoring, routing, and compliance within B2B SaaS contexts.
  • Engineering mindset with consultative problem‑solving skills—able to identify the right solution before building.
  • Background in marketing operations, sales operations, RevOps or consulting is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex systems to non‑technical stakeholders.
