Job description
About us

Log my Care is the platform for next-generation care providers. We’re built for forward-thinking care teams who want to move beyond outdated systems and deliver the very best person‑led care. Our mission is to enable providers to deliver proactive care, helping teams anticipate needs, prevent issues before they arise, and give people the best chance at healthier, happier lives. Outdated, clunky software wastes time and holds care back.

We’re building the antidote: intuitive, powerful tools that save hours on admin, unlock smarter insights, and raise the standard of care every day. That’s why over 2,000 providers across the UK choose Log my Care to deliver safer, smarter, more proactive care that transforms lives.

The role

We are looking for a GTM Associate to join our team. This is an entry‑level role designed for a smart, ambitious recent graduate who wants to learn quickly and gain varied exposure across marketing, project-based sales initiatives, and occasional customer success.

You’ll work on a broad range of projects: from creating and running marketing campaigns and supporting account‑based marketing initiatives, to contributing to special sales projects, and even occasionally assisting Customer Success to ensure our customers get the most from Log my Care.

💰 Salary: £29K

🏢 Location: This role is based in London. Our mandatory in‑office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.

As a GTM Assistant, you will:

Marketing (c.50%)

  • Support campaign creation and execution (emails, social, events, content).
  • Carry out market and competitor research to support positioning and messaging.
  • Track performance of campaigns and report on key metrics (leads, engagement, ROI).
  • Support the teams on day‑to‑day admin, including travel and internal event planning.

Sales (Project‑Based, c.40%)

  • Contribute to strategic projects such as sales playbooks, pitch decks, and outreach initiatives.
  • Support cross‑functional campaigns where sales and marketing work closely together.
  • Help with data preparation, insights, and reporting to enable sales team success.
  • Provide ad hoc project support (e.g., research, collateral creation, process improvements).

Customer Success (c.10%)

  • Provide occasional support to the CS team (e.g., assisting with onboarding comms, gathering customer feedback, creating help content).
This will be a great opportunity for you if you want to gain:
  • Varied exposure across marketing, sales projects, and customer success in a high‑growth SaaS company.
  • Mentorship and training from experienced leaders in GTM.
  • Clear career progression pathways into sales, marketing, or customer success as you find your strengths.
  • The chance to make a real impact early in your career, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
  • A collaborative, mission‑driven culture where your ideas are valued.
What we're looking for:
  • A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) looking to kickstart their career in tech, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A self‑starter who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable switching between tasks and priorities – you’ll thrive on variety.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and confident using digital tools.
  • No previous professional experience required – just energy, intelligence, and motivation.
The Interview process
  1. Submit your Application
  2. Exploratory video call with Olivia (People Manager) (15/20 mins)
  3. Video Interview with Jo (Marketing Manager + Hiring Manager) (45 mins)
  4. In‑person or remote task with Jo, Alex (Sr. RevOps) + Henry (Sr. AE) (1 hour)
  5. Final interview with Sam (Co‑founder & CEO) + Lizzie (Sales + Marketing Director) to discuss what you might bring to the role and how you might embody our values at LmC (20 minutes).
