We are looking for a Growth Partnerships Manager Clinical Trials & Health Technology to join a global fast-growing and innovation-driven team at the forefront of clinical research and digital health transformation.

In this role you will lead and expand strategic partnerships across the clinical research and healthcare technology ecosystem driving business growth through high-impact collaborations with pharmaceutical sponsors CROs clinical sites and digital health platforms.

You will work closely with Sales Product Marketing and Leadership teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that enhance the adoption of healthcare and clinical trial automation solutions. If you're passionate about health tech SaaS innovation and life sciences partnerships this role offers the chance to make a measurable impact on the future of clinical research.

Location: London United Kingdom (Hybrid Work-from-home flexibility - based in London N1)

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop and manage a strategic pipeline of commercial and clinical partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial engagement to long-term relationship management.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate the adoption of clinical trial automation and health tech solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align partnership goals with broader business objectives.
  • Build commercial strategies across key segments including pharmaceutical sponsors, CROs, clinical trial sites and digital health networks.
  • Represent the company at international conferences and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and forge new collaborations.
  • Explore new business models and channel opportunities to optimize revenue generation.
  • Deliver internal training and ensure cross-functional alignment on partnership strategies.
  • Track and report key partnership metrics including deal progress and revenue impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, technologies and competitive movements across clinical research SaaS and digital health.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5 (10?) years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or commercial alliances within health tech SaaS or clinical research.
  • Proven track record in establishing and scaling partnerships that deliver measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem including sponsors, CROs and sites.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level negotiations and partnerships across multiple regions.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in startup or growth-stage environments driving initiatives independently.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, STEM, Communications or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and conferences.
