Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000, plus bonus

This is a commercially focused marketing role within a fast-scaling tech business. You’ll play a key part in driving demand, building pipeline, and supporting customer acquisition across both direct and partner channels.

Your work will span paid media, organic growth, partner engagement and content marketing, all tied to measurable outcomes. You’ll be hands-on with campaigns, tracking performance, testing new approaches, and making sure the right message reaches the right people at the right time.

This isn’t about brand for brand’s sake. It’s about building a steady, repeatable flow of interest and opportunity. You’ll be close to the product, close to the numbers, and trusted to make things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Planning and running multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic and partner channels
  • Creating content including product factsheets, eBooks, landing pages and demo videos
  • Running and optimising LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Keeping the website content current and aligned with SEO best practice
  • Supporting events and partner activities to generate qualified leads
  • Reporting on funnel metrics and campaign performance
  • Liaising with designers and external partners where needed
  • Testing new formats and messaging to improve efficiency and results
What You\'ll Need
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or a tech-focused environment
  • A strong grasp of demand generation and customer acquisition principles
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
