POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to drive new customer acquisition and lead generation across three aviation software businesses. You will play a central role in scaling marketing performance through paid campaigns, SEO/AIO, ABM, and website optimization.

This is a mid‑senior individual contributor role suited to someone who thrives in a data‑driven environment, executes effectively across multiple channels, and wants to make a visible impact within a high‑growth aviation technology portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead outbound acquisition strategy to generate qualified pipeline across all brands.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, search, display) for reach and conversion.
  • Develop and execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Oversee SEO/AIO strategy and website optimization to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Design and test landing pages, offers, and nurture flows.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across campaigns.
  • Build reporting frameworks to measure ROI, lead quality, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline visibility.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record managing multi‑channel campaigns focused on pipeline generation.
  • Strong understanding of ABM, inbound/outbound marketing, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, AI tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry or other regulated sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working cross‑functionally in a remote team.
