If you want to work in sports media without joining a gambling operator, this role is for you. You'll join a fast‑growing sports information website that provides trusted insights, data‑led content and smart analysis to millions of fans every month – helping them make informed decisions around regulated betting.

The company does not run betting products, take bets or operate as a gambling business. Instead, they publish high‑quality sports content and operate an affiliate arm that sends informed, qualified traffic to licensed gaming partners. Editorial integrity, transparency and responsible gambling sit at the centre of everything they do.

The role is fully remote, open only to candidates who can live and work in the UK.

What you’ll do

Take ownership of growth across multiple brands, with a major emphasis on running, optimising and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta and other Paid Social platforms. You'll collaborate with creative teams, test new ideas quickly, analyse performance signals and push successful campaigns into the UK, US and emerging markets.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Driving audience and revenue growth across sports content and affiliate brands
  • Owning paid social strategy and optimisation supported by large monthly budgets
  • Growing affiliate revenue through performance‑driven paid activity
  • Working with creative teams on concepts, briefs, copy and ad direction
  • Analysing performance across social, email and web to identify what works
What you’ll bring
  • 2yrs+ experience in Paid Social in particular Meta, with TikTok experience a plus
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
  • A strong sense of what high‑performing content and creative look like
  • A test‑and‑learn approach and the ability to adapt quickly
  • Great communication and the ability to simplify insights
