We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Executive to support and grow client acquisition campaigns across paid media channels.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Growth Marketing Managers, Creative Leads, and Client Partners to launch and scale campaigns that drive measurable business results.

This is a hands-on, high-growth role where you’ll develop deep knowledge of performance marketing tools and tactics across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, ASA, and others)
  • Collaborate on growth strategies tailored to each client’s goals, audience, and budget
  • Assist with performance reporting, insights analysis, and client-facing presentations
  • Brief the creative team on ad concepts, formats, and testing plans
  • Help set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Adjust, etc.)
  • Stay up to date on growth trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–2 years experience in performance marketing or a strong internship track record
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads is a must
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets, analysis, and KPIs
  • A strong communicator and problem-solver with a bias for action
  • Passion for startups, tech, and fast-paced agency life
  • Bonus: Experience using GA4, Tag Manager, or creative testing workflows
