Job description

We’re the Moonpig Group – home to Moonpig, Greetz, Red Letter Days and Buyagift – and we’re on a mission to make people feel loved, celebrated and remembered. Whether it’s a card that gets them laughing out loud or a gift that makes their day, we help people stay close, no matter the miles.

We’re proud to be leading the online gifting revolution, with brilliant products, clever tech and a whole lot of heart. Our platform makes it easy to create moments that matter – packed with personal touches and delivered with care.

We’re not just about selling cards or gifts – we’re here to spread joy, spark smiles and make every celebration feel extra special. And with values that guide how we work and support one another, we’ve built a place where people (and ideas) can truly thrive.

If you’re looking to make an impact, bring your spark and be part of something meaningful – we’d love to have you on the team. 🌙🐷

At Moonpig, we’re on a mission to create moments that matter. Moonpig for Business is our newest B2B offering, helping companies build meaningful relationships at scale through personalised cards and gifts that make people feel genuinely valued.

This is one of Moonpig’s highest‑potential growth areas. We’re building a startup within a successful, well‑loved brand and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager on an initial 12‑month FTC to help accelerate our next stage of growth.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role with ownership across growth, demand generation, and brand marketing. You’ll build and scale our growth engine across both product‑led (self‑serve) and sales‑led motions, while also shaping how Moonpig for Business shows up in the market through brand, content, and PR. You’ll work closely with the Commercial & Growth Lead and cross‑functional partners, owning channels, experiments, and outcomes in a fast‑moving environment where your work directly drives impact.

If you enjoy ownership, solving problems, and moving quickly from idea to impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimise sales‑led demand generation to drive high‑quality pipeline for the commercial team
  • Develop product‑led growth journeys including onboarding, self‑serve funnels, activation triggers, and nurture flows
  • Own performance marketing across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing, leading testing roadmaps and scaling high‑performing channels
  • Allocate and optimise a monthly performance marketing budget, with lead generation as the primary KPI
  • Partner with product to identify friction points, conversion barriers, and opportunities for growth experiments
  • Own analytics and performance tracking across both PLG and sales‑led funnels
  • Lead organic social strategy and execution for Moonpig for Business
  • Own HubSpot end‑to‑end, including automation, workflows, scoring, attribution, dashboards, and reporting
  • Build lifecycle and nurture journeys for PLG users and sales‑qualified prospects
  • Collaborate closely with sales to improve routing, qualification, and follow‑up
  • Own brand and content marketing for Moonpig for Business, supporting case studies, landing pages, blog posts, and campaign messaging
  • Manage day‑to‑day collaboration with our external PR agency, coordinating coverage, thought leadership, and brand‑building moments
  • Lead website optimisation, including A/B testing, landing page creation, and conversion rate improvements
  • Own SEO strategy, including keyword research and on‑page optimisation
  • Create simple ad and social creatives using tools like Canva and AI design platforms, collaborating with design on higher‑fidelity assets when needed
About You:
  • Ideally 4+ years’ experience in B2B growth, demand generation, performance, or growth marketing
  • Worked in a high‑growth startup environment, ideally Seed to Series A, and are comfortable with pace and ambiguity
  • Have strong, hands‑on experience running paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing
  • Confident using HubSpot for automation, workflows, reporting, and attribution
  • Driven both sales‑led demand generation and product‑led growth initiatives
  • Have a solid understanding of CRO, web optimisation, funnel analytics, and SEO
  • Run or supported organic social media and content for a B2B brand
  • Comfortable creating simple creative assets for ads and social channels
  • Highly analytical, data‑driven, and confident owning performance metrics
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well across product, design, PR, and commercial teams
  • Enjoy taking ownership, bringing ideas to the table, and making a measurable impact
Hiring Process:
  • Stage 1: 15‑30 mins Recruiter call
  • Stage 2: 30‑45 mins Interview with the Hiring Manager
  • Stage 3: 60 minute small task and final interview with the Hiring team
  • Offer! 🎉

  • 💆🏽 Wellbeing First: Private healthcare (UK), mental health support & dog‑friendly offices (London & NL).
