A leading auction house is seeking a motivated Growth Manager to lead performance marketing efforts with a focus on audience growth in Asia. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Chinese and have experience in managing marketing programs in the region. We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive audience growth for Sotheby’s, with a strong focus on the Asia region. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and direct experience managing marketing programs in Asia are essential for success in this role.
This person will play a key role in expanding our reach and visibility through best-in-class digital strategies — adapting global playbooks to local market dynamics and unlocking growth through data, innovation, and deep platform expertise.
While centered on paid media, the role also supports broader growth initiatives — including CRM, SEO, UX, and AI-related projects — making it ideal for a candidate with a holistic view of digital marketing and audience development.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $85,000-$120,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
