A supportive organization in recovery services is seeking an experienced Group Facilitator in Fareham, Gosport, and Havant. This role involves delivering structured group programs, accepting referrals, and participating in service user involvement. Applicants should have a relevant degree and experience in the drug and alcohol field, with a strong commitment to harm reduction and recovery approaches. The position requires a driving license and offers a permanent full-time contract.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs.
We are currently recruiting an experienced group work facilitator, working alongside a teams of experienced Recovery Workers across our Fareham, Gosport and Havant sites.
The role may involve occasionally covering for other group facilitators in Hampshire, as well as supporting the hub Recovery Workers based on service need.
We have a bespoke structured group work programme which the Group Facilitator will be responsible for delivering, as well as additional groups based on the needs of the clients - this can include SMART groups, auricular acupuncture, mindfulness and meditation and substance specific groups.
Full-time permanent Group Facilitator Recovery Worker (working 37.5 hours per week) across the South of Hampshire (Fareham, Gosport, Havant).
Group facilitation in Inclusion Fareham, Gosport and Havant Hubs.Referral and implementation of groups (structured and unstructured)Training of volunteers and other staff in group facilitation.Covering other sites for group facilitation
Where required, supporting the team with duty or caseload managementActive Risk assessing and risk management.
The successful candidate will be provided with relevant training to support the facilitation of groups, and will be a key part of our quality assurance processes around groups; participating in groupwork audits, providing peer to peer feedback to other facilitators and co-facilitating groups with others.
