Join Alzheimer's Society as a Group Support Volunteer at our Dementia Café in Lincoln. You will help individuals affected by dementia connect with others while participating in meaningful activities. This role offers an opportunity to support your community, ensuring attendees feel comfortable and welcomed.

As a Group Support Volunteer, you'll encourage and support people affected by dementia to participate in activities and socialise with others. You'll welcome attendees, ensure they feel comfortable, offer refreshments, and assist with setting up and tidying after the sessions.
Your involvement will help people affected by dementia connect with others, access support and information, and enjoy meaningful activities.
The Cafe is held at the Bud Robinson Community Centre, Maple Street, Bracebridge, Lincoln LN5 8QS, on the first and third Friday of each month, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
