We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with a passion for creating sales and delivering excellent customer service to join our Group Sales Team. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively to maximise productivity.
If you have a natural ability to build rapport with our lovely guests and put a smile on their face that stays with them throughout their stay, then you could be just the person we’re looking for.
Group Sales handles reservations for a wide range of Clubs and Associations. This varied sales role involves providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with Group Organisers to secure their reservations, and efficiently managing administration and paperwork. Creating new group business is a key part of this exciting role, and a proven track record in sales is advantageous.
The successful applicant will be hands‑on, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at pace, ensuring the smooth running of group reservations from initial sale through to the group’s arrival on Resort.
We are looking for people who are passionate about selling and, ideally, have previous sales experience. Being highly organised and able to adapt priorities on the go will be essential to succeed in this fast-paced role.
