Currently recruiting for a fast paced manufacturing business in the Sutton Coldfield area an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to lead all compensation, payroll and benefits for the Group.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and contribute to group operations.
• You will play a key role in driving process improvements.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure employees receive timely and accurate pay and benefits.
